Product Warranty
Please retain your receipt, warranty card, credit card statement or tax invoice as the proof of purchased date to claim your warranty.
The following situations are not covered in the warranty but may fall under the Repair & After Sale Service section.
*The warranty lapses in the case of incorrect usage, third-party repairs, and careless handling. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, wear part such as leather strap and satin ribbons, abuse or if the jewelry is damaged, for example during an accident.
Silver tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore regular cleaning is required, and this is not covered in the warranty. To prevent your products from tarnishing please see the Jewelry Care & Information section.
Instruction for claiming warranty
Please follow the procedures below to complete your request and do not ship the product without our shipping instruction.
Step 1. Please email our customer service team customer@beawelry.co.th with the following information.
- Picture of one of the following proof of purchase (receipt, warranty card, credit card statement or tax invoice)
- SKU number of the product (see the email or invoice)
- Picture of the product you wish to claim warranty
- Reason for claiming warranty
Step 2. Shipping instruction
- Once our customer service team has reviewed your request, we will send you the shipping instruction for sending the defected product back to us.
- Once we received the parcel, we will notice you with an email and then our quality control team will inspect the product. If it is found to be a production defect, we will repair or send you a replacement free of charges. However if the fault is not caused by production defect we will inform you with the repairing cost and shipping fee. After received your payment we will begin the repairing process and will notify you once the product is shipped.

The doll can naturally get darken because of accumulated dust and oil from hand or environment. Therefore regular cleaning is required, and this is not covered in the warranty. Please see the Beawelry Bear Doll Care & Information section on how to clean your Beawelry Bear doll.
