Repair & After Sale Service
To send us jewelry for repair & cost assessment, please follow the instruction below and do not ship without our shipping instruction.
Step 1. Please email our customer service team at customer@beawelry.co.th, and provide us with the following information.
- Picture of one of the following proof of purchase (receipt, warranty card, credit card statement or tax invoice)
- Picture of the product you wish to repair
- SKU number of the product (see the email or invoice)
- Reason for repair
Step 2. Shipping instruction
- After our customer service has received your email, we will inform you the estimate repairing and shipping cost, and also shipping instruction.
- Once we received the parcel, we will notify you with an email and then our quality control team will inspect the product and inform you with the actual repair cost and shipping fee. After received your payment we will begin repairing process and will notify you once the product is shipped.
